Problem: How to adjust the height of a picture without making more holes in the wall.
Tools: Metal framed picture and small screwdriver. Solution: Loosen screws in wire hardware on back of picture. To RAISE picture, slide the hardware down the track. To LOWER the picture, slide the hardware UP the track. Always move both sides equally.
